MIDAS is Greater Manchester’s investment promotion agency, working for Greater Manchester Combined Authority and the Mayor of Greater Manchester.

A graduate of the University of Manchester, Rachel joined MIDAS, Manchester’s inward investment agency in 2014 and is Head of Inward Investment for the Advanced Manufacturing and Low Carbon sector. She is responsible for securing inward investment into Greater Manchester and developing the lead generation strategy for the sector.

Prior to her current role, Rachel worked in the Financial, Professional and Business Services sector. Rachel is a powerful advocate for Greater Manchester has extensive inward investment experience supporting a wide range of projects, most notably working with UK Government on Government Department relocations to Greater Manchester.
