Jo is a Partner and leader of the Global Employer Services practice at Deloitte, Manchester.  She has over 25 years’ experience in dealing with all issues in respect of international mobility for businesses expanding overseas or those setting up in the UK for the first time.  Her clients range from small entrepreneurial businesses just engaging in overseas expansion to large multinationals with extensive international mobility programmes.  Jo is a regular speaker on international markets and is passionate advocate for Greater Manchester’s internationalisation strategy in supporting business, educational and cultural links across borders 

Externally, Jo is the Chair of the Manchester India Partnership and the Honorary Consul for Japan in Manchester, representing the Embassy of Japan in the region.  In this capacity she chairs the Greater Manchester/Japan Steering Group and is also President of the Manchester Consular Association.
